  2. I love this idea for an end of the year activity/project. I do not have access to your Forrest Gump PowerPoint. Would it be possible to have a copy of the PowerPoint sent to me? I really look forward to the opportunity to use this.

    Thanks for sharing!

  3. I would also like access to the PowerPoint presentation. I am a Fulbright grantee and the school in which I am working this year does a unit on the film Forrest Gump. I am looking for materials to supplement what is already in place. Thank you.

  6. Hi Mr. Whitaker,
I teach U.S. History in Kentucky. I was planning on using Forrest Gump as a method to encompass the modern era in U.S. History with my classes. I am interested in your project. May I have access to your presentation?

    Thanks,

  7. G,day (from Down under) just wandered across your Forrest Gump project and would dearly like to access your pps. I am currently planning a Rights and Freedoms topic for term 2. Athough FG is an American perspective, the global implications of the events represented in this film surley echoed across the world and my special needs kids will benefit from its content. Thanks for your consideration.

  13. Hello,
I'm an English teacher in France who wants to study a film about the USA / history with a group of 15/ 16 year olds. This film is a fabulous way to touch upon the 20th century and get kids to study a film that they would no doubt not have chosen without school.
I would really appreciate having a copy of your powerpoint if the offer is still open.
Kinds regards and thanks for starting such a project.

  22. Hey! I'd love to see what you have - I sent the request for access too. If you change your share permissions on those documents to "anyone with the link can access" you don't have to give permission to each person. (Just fyi in case these requests get old!) Thank you!
